FBS Ltd was founded by Hewage Thakshala Fernando, LLB MA CGMA ACMA. Chartered Management Accountant.  Thakshala has 10 years experience in delivering high-quality accounting and tax services to a diverse range of clients from sole-traders to SMEs.

Our areas of expertise include bookkeeping and accounting, business planning and budgeting, business tax planning and advice, cost reduction, costing and accounting systems, management performance reports, payroll/NI/PAYE administration, pension administration, and personal tax planning and advice.
